Herbal-Infused Strawberry & Mint Cooler

Switch the sparkling soda/water for a dry prosecco and let the sweetness of the syrup shine for a refreshingly light drink!

Summer is finally here and it’s the perfect time to get outside while sipping on a revitalizing strawberry and mint cooler, sweet, delicious and caffeine-free. 

Ingredients

Method

  1. Brew a cup of peppermint tea, allow to cool
  2. Fill a glass with ice and pour over your cooled peppermint tea
  3. Add strawberry syrup
  4. Add mint syrup
  5. Top with sparkling water of your choice 
  6. Stir, and garnish with fresh strawberries and mint

 

Salted Caramel Iced Latte

Switch the milk for an Irish cream liqueur such as Baileys to get that real festive kick!

A true crowd-pleaser for coffee lovers. 

 

Ingredients

Method

  1. Brew a fresh pot of coffee, allow to cool
  2. Fill a glass with ice and add the salted caramel syrup
  3. Pour over your cooled coffee
  4. Top with fresh, cold milk
  5. Garnish with a caramel drizzle and a sprinkling of flaky salt

*Choose a decaf option to make this caffeine-free. 

Ringtons Iced Tea

Festive Tip

Make it boozy! Once the tea is chilled, top it with your favourite sparkling wine, or simply add your favourite tipple such as spiced rum, Pimm’s or gin.

It's a classic for a reason. 

Ingredients

  • 6 Ringtons tea bags* (your tea of choice)
  • 2 tbsp caster sugar
  • 1 tbsp runny honey
  • 3 small lemons, 2 juiced, 1 sliced
  • 1 lime, sliced
  • 1 orange, sliced 
  • Small bunch of mint
  • Handful of berries
  • Ice to serve

Method

  1. Pour 1.5 litres boiling water over the tea bags, stir in the sugar and honey. 
  2. Leave to infuse for 10 mins, then strain and transfer to the fridge to chill until cold. 
  3. Pour the chilled tea into a large serving jug, stir in the juice of two lemons, add lemon, lime and orange slices. Fill the jug with ice and stir well. 
  4. Pour the iced tea into glasses and garnish with berries and fresh mint.

*Choose a decaf option to make this caffeine-free.
